1.                  No purchase necessary.

2.                  Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

3.                  Winners may only win once every 30 days.

4.                  WKZQ 101.7 assumes no responsibility for busy signals, misconnections or defective phone lines. WKZQ 101.7 assumes no responsibility for internet streaming broadcast delays or feed disruptions.

5.                  All incoming calls to the WKZQ 101.7 studios are recorded and may be used for future rebroadcast.

6.                  All winners agree to the use of their voice, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without compensation.

7.                  All prizes must be claimed at 1016 Ocala Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.  All prizes must be picked up within 15 working days from date of winning.  Only one winner per household.  After 15 working days the prize will be invalidated, without advance notification to the winner.  All prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.  Any and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  Prizes can be picked up during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

8.                  Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release before the prize is claimed.  Proof of identification will be required in order to claim cash or merchandise.  For all prizes valued at $50 or more, winners will be required to complete a W-9 and must present a valid driver's license.

9.                  WKZQ 101.7 reserves the right to disqualify contestants who it determines in its sole discretion does not meet eligibility requirements.

10.              WKZQ 101.7 is not responsible for damage or injury incurred in any form as a result of acceptance of a prize, trip or merchandise.

11.               Employees of NextMedia Operating, Inc.  and participating sponsors, including their immediate families are ineligible.

12.              WKZQ 101.7 reserves the right to amend or modify the rules as necessary without prior notice.

13.              Prizes are subject to change and may be substituted depending on availability.
